Because of  continuing COVID-19 restrictions on gatherings of more than ten people, until further notice our Sunday Eucharists will be conducted as Zoom gatherings or on telephone conference calls. Please check your Living Water email each week for  our liturgy schedule, Zoom links and conference call-in numbers. These numbers may change, so be sure to check each week.

If you are not on our Living Water email list, please contact us for further information on our weekly liturgies:

All are welcome at our table where we will pray and sing and share  Communion together, looking forward to the day when we may once again gather in person.

Prayer in Time of Pandemic

Our Father/Mother in heaven, Lover of all you have created:
R. Hallowed be your name.

Remind us that “all nations are as nothing before you,” their mighty governments but a shadow of passing age:
R. Your kin-dom come.

Grant to your people throughout all the world, and especially to leaders of nations,
the gift of prayerful thought and thoughtful prayer; that, following the example of Jesus, our brother, we may discern what is right, and do it.
R. Your will be done on earth , as it is in heaven.

Help us to protect and provide for all who are affected by the silent virus that lives among us, but especially those deprived of food and shelter and the companionship of family and friends during these anxious days of isolation.
R. Give us this day our daily bread.

Forgive us for neglecting to seek the greater good, for those times we have been more willing to close our doors than to see ourselves as a global family.
Forgive us those times we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves.
R. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Let us not be isolated from other nations, but collaborate with them.
Let us not hoard our resources, but share them for the planet’s highest good.
Let us not delight in national victory over the pandemic, but in planetary healing for all.
Let us not give ourselves up to pride but to prayer.
R. Let us not fall into temptation.

Be present to all of us whose lives have been upended by COVID-19.
Be present to those who suffer, and to those who die, and to their families whose grief must be felt in private.
Be present to those who risk their lives to offer caring.
Be present to us in the helplessness we feel to stop this scourge
R. Deliver us from evil.

Subdue our selfish desires to resume the privileged lives we knew.
Save us from our arrogance in believing that all of creation is under our control,
and our hubris in believing that is our birthright.
R. For yours is the kin-dom, and the power and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.
